Welcome to Cameryn and Michael’s blog post from their amazingggly beautiful country fall wedding in Ivor Virginia!!! This couple was a delight to work with and their day included some of the best fall colors I’ve seen all year along with TONS of attention to detail!! Taking place right on her grandparents farm, Cam and Michael’s wedding day was nothing short of perfect.
Ok, first of all, these details need to be addressed! The bride’s mother put together all of the floral arrangements and y’all – these are dried flowers!!! First time working with them and they’re still as beautiful as any other arrangement I’ve photographed. Plus they still smell amazing haha 🙂
Other “fun facts” from the day include Cameryn wearing the same necklace her mom wore on her wedding day, she wore no shoes all day (purposely purchased cute wedding day sandals for their shoe game), and was the most CHILL bride I have ever worked with. Michael and Cameryn both were so relaxed and excited the whole day. At one point Michael even mentioned he thought his best man was more nervous than him. This was a couple who was ready to begin their lives together.
Some of my favorite moments from the day include the “first looks” and portraits. Cameryn shared a first look with both her father and the groom. And in true Cam fashion ~ BOTH were full of laughter, jokes, and joy! Portraits are also alwaysss a favorite of mine. Sneaking the couple away for a few moments of just them to soak in the significance of the day, will forever be a top priority at any wedding day!
Congratulations to Cameryn and Michael!! Your wedding day was simply perfect and everyone in attendance had the best time ~ as shown by all the smiling faces 😉 Wish you both nothing but love and happiness in your many years of marriage!!
