From their Williamsburg engagement session to their Founder’s Inn wedding, Chris and Tara showcased nothing but genuine love for one another. Like many others, they were hit with having to rearrange their original wedding plans due to COVID. However, their desire to continue on with their marriage and become husband and wife never altered. They were READY to say “I do” and I just looooved being there to capture their day!!
The Founder’s Inn was a beautiful backdrop for their fall September wedding. Tara told me as soon as they saw the outdoor location she knew it was exactly where they wanted to get married! The day started as any other with the bride surrounded by her bridesmaids prepping, laughing, music, anxious for the day to continue. The beginning of any wedding day is one of my favorites. Truthfully, I’m always just as nervous/anxious as the bride haha!! But once Tara was in her dress, had her first look with both the bridesmaids and her father… it was “go time”.
As Tara’s father walked her down the aisle, Chris saw his future wife and couldn’t help but smile. This was the moment they’ve waited for! Against all the obstacles thrown their way, THIS was the beginning of their forever!
Their ceremony was intimate and sweet as the sun set behind them on the water. With their family present Chris and Tara vowed to spend forever loving each other. Thank you so much to the couple for allowing me the honor and privilege of capturing their most precious day! I wish them both nothing but the best for their marriage!
