It was the first day of June, full of sunshine, clear skies, and the most joyous couple excited to start their new beginning!!! Claire and Ethan are two of the kindest people you’ll ever meet (ask anyone who’s met them!). They love their friends, family, and church fiercely!! On their most special day, they deserved nothing but the best and that’s exactly what happened for their Suffolk summer wedding.
Claire and Ethan’s love story began at church through mutual connections and that is exactly where they wanted their wedding. At Alive Church, their second home, surrounded by loved ones!! Before the ceremony began Claire and Ethan chose to share a private “first touch” praying together. With God at the center of their relationship they wanted to begin this new step with HIM in the forefront and the Lord was on full display the entire time.
During the ceremony, everyone was invited to join in a time of worship singing “Christ be Magnified”. This song fully showcases how Claire and Ethan kept Christ at the center of their wedding day. With family and friends singing along, you could feel the Lord’s presence during this time! Afterwards Claire and Ethan participated in communion together before officially sharing their vows and becoming HUSBAND AND WIFE!!
Some of my favorite moments during the reception included all the specialty dances. Those special moments together with your daughter/son after they’ve just been married – cue the tears!! What I really loved was how Claire chose to have a special dance with her sister. Best friends since birth, they clearly have a cute special bond that will never be broken.
Once the evening came to an end, Claire and Ethan’s Pastor, along with their friends and family, came to pray over them. The way generations of people covered this new marriage absolutely was inspirational. Afterwards, Claire and Ethan changed into Nike gear where they did a bubble exit!!
Loved working with this couple and wish them nothing but the best as they continue growing in their relationship with each other as well as God.
