ECP Maternity Milestone sessions are on the rise and I’m all here for it!!! The past few weeks and months I’ve had the pleasure of photographing families throughout the duration of their pregnancy. Having the privilege of documenting this special season of life is so rewarding!! Follow along as I explain the process of a Maternity Milestone session and why you might need one.
These sessions can include all or one of: announcement session, maternity session, and Fresh48 or Lifestyle Newborn session. So ultimately I could be with you throughout the whole beginning journey of motherhood!! The announcement session is a great way to document that special way you’ll share with friends and family that you’re expecting. To see an example be sure to check it out here.
A maternity session is usually scheduled during the first/second trimester and taken during the third trimester. This gives us plenty of time to plan the perfect location, outfits, and timeframe.
Casey and Nate were complete troopers during our maternity session together!!! We scheduled them in the beginning of December and it was seriously freeeezzzing!! Casey looked absolutely gorgeous though and you’d never know based on her portraits. Legit model status between her and Nate!
Next, once baby Jett made his appearance I had the pleasure of documenting his newborn portraits 🙂 Casey spent so much time making every detail of his nursery just perfect! She used one of Nate’s old surfboards as decoration and even decked out a old toy car as a surfing van hahaha!!! Even four legged “big brother” Butter stole the show in some of the photos 😉
