I recently had the pleasure of photographing another amazing event hosted by Rebecca and Ashley over at Brick and Mortar Brewing Company in Downtown, Suffolk! Yall, these two are seriously on a roll with providing fun and unique activities for people in the community to experience. This most recent event included making diffuser bracelets infused with Young Living essential oils AND local beer tastings paired with vitality oils! How awesome is that?!?!
These events are FULL of information on useful and simple ways you can use essential oils to enhance your health. One of which, is wearing a diffuser bracelet with 1-2 drops of an oil that will last longer rather than just putting it directly on your skin. I made one at this event and it has become my favorite because the beads are BEAUTIFUL and the Young Living “Peace and Calming” blend I put on the lava stones lasted well over 24 hours!
Can’t wait for the next event because I definitely want to start a diffuser bracelet stack of my own so that I can smell my favorites (“Peace and Calming” and “Joy”) all day long!
